Refund policy

At Vellure Paws, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item is unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Not damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Used pet products
- Opened items that come in contact with pets (beds, grooming items, feeding items, etc.)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof

We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost

Change of Mind / Incorrect Orders
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Not liking the product

(Exceptions may be made at our discretion, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.)

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for lost return packages

Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days

Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped

Chargebacks & Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns in cases of:
- Fraudulent claims
- Excessive return requests
- Abuse of our policies
