Return Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if: - The item is unused - In original condition and packaging - Not damaged by the customer
Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for: - Used pet products - Opened items that come in contact with pets (beds, grooming items, feeding items, etc.)
